If you have suffered an injury in the past we will focus on preventing recurring injuries and prevent future ones. We have experience in training individuals with past and present injuries but we do not treat the injury itself which is why we have partnered with physical therapists, acupuncturists, and massage therapists to give you the best all-around care as you recover from your injury.
Diabetes and Chronic Diseases
This is a Diabetes Prevention and Lifestyle Program aimed at reducing the incidence of type 2 diabetes, losing weight, and learning to make healthier nutrition choices.

We incorporate Olympic lifts along agility drills, and strength exercises to ensure a well-rounded program. We have experience training clients for triathlons, marathons, obstacle courses such as Spartan or Tough Mudder races, as well as for basketball, soccer, tennis, and golf.
